Money Bookers and such?

What are the benefits to using this Money Bookers I keep hearing about? I've hear some bad some good as well but I'm curious why you would offer it. Obviously having any additional payment options may be preferred but what other advantages do they offer? Are they basically an international Paypal?

Basically its like PayPal without the chargebacks. I believe that is the reason why some go for MoneyBookers instead of PayPal.

MB have wide coverage network, I heard, it supports more countries than PayPal.

Okay so basically its a wider spanning Paypal type company and they don't do chargebacks. I guess that would explain a lot of the negative comments I have heard on them. Anyone have any issues with them so far?
