If you are a small business who got normal traffic but dosent need all scripts support

Extra cheap, 95.00$ for three years and you got a free domain name
*Dosent support Perl, and some other scripts
*Only one domain name allowed
300 GIG OF SPACE <-----
300 TB of traffic

If you dont got hi traffic, and dont need space at all
http://www.freehostia.com
ITS FREE
300 meg of space
Domain names allowed( You dont need a subdomain here you can use your own domain name)
* Alot of downtimes, ill say 2% of the time its down.

I don't have big sites but use HG nevertheless. In fact, shared hosting is not really meant for "big sites", and when it comes to budget hosting the numbers are meaningless these days anyway. If you have a site that really needs huge amounts of space and data transfer, you're not likely to use all that's being offered without tripping the CPU usage (or some other) limitations first. $10 hosting remains $10 hosting.

Expect the world and you'll be dissapointed. Expect to have to nicely share the server with 100, 200, or even 500 other customers (depending on the host and hardware used), and you're closer to the truth of what you can get.

I think that hi traffic is needed to be hosted on the dedicated server. Because huge traffic that is not only traffic itself that is also cause CPU usage.

so which is the best in your opinion ? I myself have used safehosting.com which i was extremely happy with. I didn't do much research and i just have a basic website but so far so good.
