cPanel is currently looking for driven individuals to be part of our technical support team. Candidates must be familiar with cPanel and WHM, rpm based *nix distributions and their underlying components as well as web based services such as apache, bind, mySQL, exim, and OpenSSL. Candidates must have a working knowledge of ports based *nix distributions. Candidates must also have previous technical support experience. Special consideration will be made for candidates with web hosting experience and/or previous customer service experience.
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 USD / yr. plus benefits.
Remote US candidates will be considered but candidates in or willing to relocate to the Houston, TX area will be given preference.
