Can we submit each page in directories? Or only home page?

Well, it runs on Techno CMS application with few template modifications. I am not a particular fan of the design, I think it can be improved dramatically.

You should follow the rules of each directory. Generally, directories will accept only a couple of links to a given site, and that only when there's some ground breaking information on each of them. Otherwise, one link is the limit. Any other policy would open them to submission spam (that's already going rampant anyway).

2) How to get PR to this site?

Get links from pages that already have a good PR and have relatively few links on them.
