Problem adding IM contacts in user cp.

When I try to edit my profile and add some IM id's, specifically MSN, AOL and Yahoo messenger, I get an error: You have entered an invalid birthday.? I don't ever recall seeing an entry field for birthday on that screen.

Is it me?

There's already a thread on this. Seek and ye shall find it, as I am too lazy to for ya Seriously this should be bumped anyway. The issue is a pain in the rump to deal with.
