Signed up with them before 4 months and they were quite ok.
First two months were great, fast pings because they are in Europe, lots of space...
And problems started to appear. It seems that their servers are overloaded and they often restart their services. So I've started to notice little downtime during day.
But last 4 weeks their servers are almost unavailabe, with server load in cPanel about min 3.0 to max 24.0! I couldn't believe.
As problems were arising support started to delay answering on support tickets. A lot problems with php, mysql and dns. They've also moved my site to another server - partialy. They haven't move mysql data so when users came to site there were no BBS and content at all. Interesting.
They are hosting about 230 accounts per server.
I've moved my site out last weekend. I can't get money back because I've paid for 1 year.
