Promoting webhosting forum site!!

Hi, i been thinking and thinking to have own webhosting forums, hope one day will become v7n or webhostingtalk. well, i not aim that high this moment, first step first.

How can i promote a webhosting forum from beginning??
- no PPC please. too costly.
- seo is way too slow in this "webhosting forum" keyword

Any ideas that i could get this on track in less than 2 mth of hard work?? I really want to do it, just i dont know how!! any advice is appreciated.

Still I will need forums script that are optimized for SEO.
Any recommendation on forum script to use?

Forum Signitures - people often visit your site through your links in signitures. Also get listed in different forum directories.

Nothing in less than 2 months but you can still create a good discussion board if you give your members an apportunity to benefit from their membership. That means to create a commercial area not for adv posts only.
