Support Rating - A
Excellent technical support day or night, staff are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist.
Network Rating -A
Very little downtime in a year and all planned downtime is notified well in advance.
Value For Money - A
Excellent, good price and well woth it when the support and network are taken into account.
