I have multiple hosting providers, my least favorite of which is Hostgator which keeps going down. TSS is my favorite. They bought out Hands-on Web Hosting. I've been with them for a couple of years now, with a managed VPS. Their staff is superb, which is very important to me. I think the worst thing about them is that I wish their prices were lower, but it's worth the cost to me for my sites to be stable.
