Support Technician Needed!

For the support department, we are seeking experience techs who are willing to work the third shift (11PM-7AM Central Standard Time). Please find the requirements of this position below.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    Must have at least three years of experience with cPanel/WHM and DirectAdmin.
    Must have knowledge of troubleshooting and implementing Virtualization softare. (SolusVM, OpenVZ, HyperVM)
    Must speak English fluently.
    Be ready to show up to work on time and work hard!

We need techs that we can depend on, we do have zero tolerance when it comes to not showing up for work or not putting out the work that is expected of you. We want people who are willing to help us continue our remarkable growth, as those are the ones who will end up having it the best in the long run.

This support position is an entry level position. Each tech is placed on a 60 day probationary period in which we will evaluate their performance and work ethics. After that, future employment with us will be discussed. Salary is given where possible. Starting pay for entry level technicians are at a pay-per-ticket rate to be discussed with applicants, and a 15% commission on all sales generated during your shift.

Sales Managers

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
    Speak fluent english
    Must have extensive experience in the web hosting industry with a proven sales record.
    Must have management experience as you'll be running our sales division.
    Must be organized and comfortable with spreadsheets, etc.
    Be willing to answer questions from current clients. If they have a support request, escalate it to the online tech.
    Be ready to show up to work on time and work hard.

We need committed sales managers who want to be successful and make our company successful. Dedication and determination are unequivicably required for this position.

Sales managers are placed on a 90 day probationary period with an attractive pay scale designed to encourage our managers into reaching full employment status. Introductory salary is as follows:

  • Initial salary of 30% commission with 15% recurring.
    After 60 days, pay increases to 45% with 20% recurring
    At 90 days, pay increases to 50% with 25% recurring.
    Bonuses are provided to individuals who excel. Salary may be offered to those who excel as well.

Sales Representatives

We are looking for sales representatives who are looking to make a few extra bucks while looking to break into the hosting industry. All applicants need to be at least 16 years of age for this position. No experience is necessary, we will train the right people so long as you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You need to be organized and have excellent written and verbal skills, however. Sales representatives are placed on a 90 day probation status. Our pay scale for sales representatives are as follows:

  • Initial salary is 20% commission per sale with 10% recurring from those sales
    After sixty days: 25% commission with 15% recurring.
    After 90 days: Determined after evaluation, could receive a promotion or a raise dependent.
