I think a SHOUTCast Special Offers forum would be a good idea becuase hosting suppliers could post there SHOUTCast packages there.

Marks beat me to this, but as he mentioned, "Shared & Reseller Hosting Special Offers" forum is appropriate for such advertising. We've had members advertise their ShoutCast specials there for a while now.
