Hmmmm, there is no problem with these two sites. They have completely differetn designs.

I would say that it was inspired by BlueHost but there are enough differences that it can't really be seen as a knock-off.

Well, personally, if you can't think up your own ideas, don't steal from someone else's site. That looks a little too "based on" for my liking

Vista Pages has nothing to do with Blue Host. I know MidPhase had the same problem with VP a while back when vistapages was copying there design

Its close its not the same, if it were extremely close which it wasn't yes they could file a complaint but I would just e-mail them and ask them to remove it first. Once again its similar its not the same though so really you can do nothing (legal).

This is perfectly legal even though it looks like a knock off almost.
