Sponsor needed for DirectAdmin VPS

I'm running a free host, right now I have 103 accounts on my cPanel VPS. I'm looking for a DirectAdmin VPS to offer free hosting from in addition to my cPanel VPS.

What I need: (At Least)

• 1 GB (Guaranteed) RAM
• 30 GB Disk Space
• 500GB Transfer at 100mbps
• 1-2 IPs
• DirectAdmin License

Optional:

• Softaculous or another auto installer license

Now what I can do in return:

• Help with support
• 2 ads, one in the header (Max 4 in that slot)and another at the end of every thread (Max 2 in that slot) on my biggest (hosting related) forum (Traffic stats for Oct 1st to the 26th attached, monitored with Piwik)
• Linkback on most of the sites this server will host

Hum, billing system? I though they said they we running a FREE web hosting site and that is why they wanted free server sponsor and free licenses to other apps too?
