I have just bought new domain http://www.howto-hosting-domain.com and made a forum for web hosting and domains and need some suggestions and review on my new website.. I am still working on my website and if anyone can help with it would be great help for me.

Lima, I think you should really rethink the whole home page look. I am not sure its a very functional page. Instead of all those graphics, go for something simpler, like simple site introduction and easy-to-follor navigation.
