- 7 IP's (For Nameservers and SSL)
- Root Access
- Managed
- Payment by Paypal, Solo or Visa
- UK Datacenter (NOT Bluesquare)

Te reason for not Bluesquare is my ISP has problems with it

Go for OVH and get British IP with their VPS. It wouldn't matter if it's really in UK or in France. And their prices are pretty good for a stability they offer.
