Using Comcast Ethernet Dedicated Internet?

So who is using Comcast Ethernet Dedicated Internet as they sport...

And what I am looking at here?

Does this include IP addresses or are you on own with ARIN?

Although Comcast has been my longtime internet provider, I am not using Comcast Ethernet Dedicated Internet, nor do I have any real idea on how well it works. Comcast as a company as always been pretty reliable, so i'll assume the reliability would extend to this dedicated internet solution as well.

Update:

Comcast Ethernet Dedicated Internet is not available in my state yet. So I will have to make do with an intermediate solution. And when it is, I need be a larger concern so they say. Well maybe we will on the track later.

So, nothing like a hybrid solution, now if I just get some sales department to return a email inquiry.

Either hosting businesses are so booming that 'no new customers' are required or I am having a run odd luck.
