Where are your servers located?
In Chicago, IL at SingleHop (DC2).
How many VM's are deployed per node?
We never oversell! If we deploy a node with (2X) Xeon E5520 and 24GB of RAM, we'd simply place 24 '1GB VPSes' on the node, 48 '512MB VPSes' or any combination of our VPS plans that allow each and every VM the ability to 100% of it's allocated resources.
What kind of servers power your VPS nodes?
We only utilize single and dual CPU Intel Xeon's with 12-24GB of RAM. We use powerful machines but place less clients on each physical node for increased performance and reliability.
Do these VPSes come with a control panel?

Do you provide free basic management?
We do provide basic server management for free. We'll get you set up and ready to go initially, and will maintain the host node for optimal server performance. This is ideal for those who know what they're doing or are using a control panel such as cPanel/WHM to manage their server. We also offer a fully managed service for those who require it.
Whats the deal with this unlimited free 256-bit GloablSign SSL Certificate offer?
