We are OnSite Technology, Inc. based in Jacksonville Florida and in business since May 1997. A well capitalized-debt free corporation that focuses on Network Integration, Custom Built Computers and Servers, Remote Server Administration, VPN Masters and OnSite Computer Repairs and Maintenance. For the past 3 years we have been offering our existing clients to host their websites and have been growing with this division rapidly in the past year. We have been building our infrastructure from the ground up and have an extensive server farm to handle thousands of sites with uncompromised support and full redundancy 99.9% uptime. Presently we are hosting over a thousand sites and have not been public about this until now. We are established with Dun & Bradstreet and have an excellent credit rating with many aggregators in the U.S.A, Canada & Europe.
What we want to do…
OnSite Technology, Inc. has a bold and exciting goal to acquire 5,000 sites by the end of this year. We want to achieve this goal by purchasing Web Hosting businesses like yours and together make the transaction as simple and effortless as possible. This will not only keep your clients happy that you had taken pride into building but it will also play a big part in helping us retain your clients once the process is under way.
Our goal by end of 2005 is 10,000+ sites by end of 2006 …20,000+. Generous referral fees will also be offered. So tell everyone you know about us.
We are interested in purchasing the following businesses that have the following attributes:
1) Client base of 20 to 5000 clients
2) Existing Servers or managed servers in current good rating financial status
3) All licenses pertaining to your Web Hosting Business.

The cost of your website design and development.
Any outstanding balances you have tied along to your business.
