You've got some gaps and design-drift in a few places, through Opera. The rollover menu also does some odd things (again, through Opera.) I get scrollbars when I mouse over any of the top menu items. You might want to invest in Ultimate Dropdown Menu - their code is customizable, and completely tested in dozens of browsers and multiple platforms.

Other than that, it looks okay.
