I am planning to start a website which is essentially a newspaper/magazine. It will be updated daily with latest news and events. So the database is going to grow very big. So I am looking for a hosting provider(shared) who can provide the following features:

1. Unlimited MySQL Database space (Or close to 500GB)
2. Windows OS with latest Plesk
3. support for PHP
4. Online chat and phone support 24/7
5. unlimited bandwidth as daily 10000+ visitors are going to hit the site
