Looking to buy established hosting company w/ clients.
Dedicated server(s) or reseller account, both are ok.
All clients must be on some sort of automated billing, paypal is not acceptable. Modernbill, ClientExec... with credit cards, not paypal emails.
Minimum $1500/month revenue please.
Typical offers are 1.5x to 2x your annual net profit.
US based only companies only (a couple international clients are ok, but 90%+ need to be US)
