I have just finished developing my new site, which is geared towards web hosting and other it fields. I haven't made many changes to the default vBulletin template so please don't base your opinions solely on the look, but more on the general setup and appearance of the site.
I have developed a custom script which was coded 100% by myself. It allows members to upload a banner which will be advertised on all pages of the site for free. The impressions each member is assigned is decided upon the amount of qualifying posts he/she makes. You won't be able to see the banner script's pages because it is available only to registered users.
