I've seen good reviews, but I don't think many hosts are going to switch from WHMCS anytime soon.

I've seen it used by a few hosts and it looks really nice. It doesn't seem to offer any advantages over WHMCS though. Pretty much all the same modules are available and the prices are the same (if you purchase a license from someone like LicensePal anyway).

I've seen HostBill in action, but to be honest, I'm not a huge fan. I'll take WHMCS over it any day.

Maybe it's because of the brand recognition, or maybe because it seems to be the industry standard, especially for indy hosts.
