The why does he need 200Gb of RAID-10 Storage and 5Tb/month of transfer - an average 5 clients will use 170Mb of space and 3G of transfer between them !

We are unable to post offers here but I would recommend you check out the offers category and see if you can find a host that best suites your friends needs. I would recommend a dedicated server, especially with you wanting 200GB HD w/ RAID10 as that requires a host to almost supply you a quarter to half the hard drive dedicated to one VPS, especially if they are looking at XEN servers as those resources are dedicated and cannot be oversold.
