I am looking for a web host (no resellers, please) that meets the following criteria:

Long Track Record
You must have been in business for at least six months; one year is preferred. I am also more comfortable doing business with a host that has a Google PageRank of at least 6, although this isn't required.

Reliability & Uptime
I need a host that is going to be running virtually 24/7. You must guarantee at LEAST 99.5% uptime, although 99.9% is preferred. I would also like to know of the technology you have put in place to ensure you will live up to your promise (e.g. diesel generator, multiple backbone providers, etc.).

Required Plan Features
must be on on a Unix/Linux server
5-10GB of bandwidth, with the ability to easily move to larger plans quickly
at least 100MB storage
Perl and mySQL
SSL without a certificate
CPanel
Cron jobs

Desired Plan Features
SSH or Apache modPerl (although this would really be to your benefit)

I am not going to be too specific with price, but just know that I'm not willing to pay more than $7/month for this (since HostMatix would give this to me for $7.49). I am only willing to pay on a monthly basis with PayPal, and I am less likely to go with a host that charges a set up fee. (EDIT: If the payment is not recurring, I could pay using a PayPal virtual MasterCard.)

My business would be hard to earn, but realize that I create many web sites and that you can count on repeat purchases from me if I am happy. If you can offer these things, please reply to this thread with an offer.
