What do you think of this idea?
I mean to become a reseller from the company that provides adult hosting. I'm talking about Exmasters.com.
Is it wise? is it profitable?
Any personal experience is appreciated.

Responding to your question about adult-reselling. I would be very specific which adult sector you target. Be careful with the spamming and the excessive bandwidth use. Additionally, you should do some research about what are the latest trends within the industry and try to find out if there are any opportunities for hosting.

Well, to make a good and effective choice, you should do a comparison research. As a matter of fact, I can suggest you to analyze Hostupon.com, **************** and ***********.com, because they are honest, flexible, reliable and stability is their second ego.

Also legalities of adult content would be another issue you might come across, if you start adult hosting business, for safer side, only host the legal adult content.

Yes, you would have to be ever vigilant that nothing nasty was being hosted there. Otherwise I can see this being a very good thing to do, as the clients you have wouldn't have to deal with the company directly, and if perhaps they are a little bashful of their desires regarding hosting, they might prefer to deal with a reseller instead.

The adult content is allowed far not by every company, as you may know, so becoming a reseller of adult+ space may become one more attractive factor for your business... That's simple. If you are sure in the reliability of that company - go ahead.

Wanna add that ************* provides resellling of adult hosting, but it must be legal for sure. To OP, how much space and bandwidth do you need?

I see no difference. The only difference is bandwidth should be. Adult web sites have lots of bandwidth inside.

Adult business is rather profitable... However it is important to choose good host to make everything go fine.

Yes that is profitable, but you need to have everything legal and that is always difficult.

Ther particular advantage of exmasters.com is the adult content which is allowed and which will attract more customers to your service, as a reseller from them. But having no account, you will have to buy and install everything needed (WHM, billing, etc.) yourself -and this is not very convenient and more timetaking!

Something get and something lose and you get what you pay for.

Adult website tends to be in high risk categorized businesses so security is one of the major issue apart from high bandwidth consumption.

Yeah, bobchrist is right. The adult site is always categorized as a site of a high risk. I know many hosting companies who prohibit to host adult sites on their servers because they are tired of constant abuse messages.
