    Not sure where this goes, could be legal and it could be billing/accounting related. What countries do you accept orders from? Are there countries you will accept orders from on a case by case basis or countries that you refuse to do business with due to fraud related issues?

    Just trying to get an idea of what others prefer. We currently do manual verification, but I have toyed with the idea of instant set up due to some customer complaints about the time it takes to set up an account. Do you set up accounts instantly or manually verify all orders?
