Bad support?

Ok, I think I've mentioned this in previous posts, but I wanted to make a topic related to it. My camera recently broke, and it's taken over 3 weeks to convince the company to repair it (it's still under the 1 year warrenty). Their support really hasn't been great, they don't listen to what you say. Have you ever had such expieriences?
