I'm kind of divided on this:
In the sci-fi genre I'd say my fav is Matrix 1.
In comedy its a tie between Dumb&Dumber and Office Space!

Startup.com (so far), although I do not watch many of them. Every documentary has something real in it and its a great thing. 11.09.2001 is a great documentary as well.

Though it has not been around for long, I believe that Mulholland Drive is one of the absolute greatest movies of all time.
For foreign: Blue- directed by Kieslowski
For comedy: Monty Python and the Holy Grail and the South Park movie, and Spaceballs
For drama: Barton Fink and LA Confidential
For Horror: The Ring, and anything by Hitchcock
For Redundancy: Citizen Kane
