How can i promote my web hosting company at very big scale without investing alot in advertisements. Just suggest me some free and effective ways.

If you do a simple google search like "web hosting forums" or "web hosting chat" or "web hosting talk" you will find loads of forums. You need to be willing to browse around and do your research.

Some of them are overrun with spam, some are pretty much dead meat, some are forums run by hosting companies for internal marketing purposes and some are not even web hosting forums anymore.

There used to be 20+ English-based web hosting forums that were worth at least some attention. Today, objectively speaking, there are just two independent web hosting-focused communities worth taking a part in, this one and WHT. Other ones are either not monitored at all (they are overrun by spammers) or they have simply seized existing. There are a couple of brand new communities, but the struggle with new communities is that there is no audience yet.

I see that doing SEO (with internal team or hire an agency) is a good way to develop your business & brand in long term. If you have budgets, you can also do more PPC campaigns such as GG Adwords, FB Ads, Twitter Ads,...IMO
