CS:S server needed

I am planning to make a new CSS clan as I am not comfortable in my current clan, but I need a server to start it.
I'm hoping to have a website made soon too. The sponsors will obviously be mentioned on the website and on the server. You may put banners of any kind on the site. I already have hosting for the site.
I'm wanting to enter the clan in CAL-O when the next registration date comes along. I will also enter them in TWL. I have not decided on a clan name yet so it will be open to any sponsor requests aswell.
Please sponsor me.
