Dedicated or VPS....New Server Request

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this post. I have been searching for about 2 weeks for a great deal on servers and even posted HERE

Below is what I am looking for at the least:

Celeron 1.3
30G Storage
75-100G Bandwidth
512MB
Cpanel/WHM
Root Access (want to install Lpanel.net and possibly xpanel.net)
Backups
Uptime is important
$ Not more than $60/month

This server will host various sites (none of which will have any porn related content as I do not do that). Sites will be legal. Possibly in future have a PHP/MySQL multi-player game on it. If you can not do this please state as it will help determine server selection. If needed I will go to another server in future if game is done.

Right now I pay for just a reseller account. I want to have the ability to set up reseller account for my clients. Will also need potential to upgrade HD in future if needed, or possibly move to a bigger server all together in future. However, that is way down the road and not relevant to this post...sorry.

Support is a big deal. I can handle my own with support but if I need to contact you I hope to hear back in a timely manner of maybe hours (not a day).

In a way I am comparing to this package on EV1Servers that is the $119/month.

Looks good however it is $20/month more for Cpanel and that takes it to $80/month. For that I could get a dedicated server for a little more and have more to top off.

And to add my two cents, I find DirectAdmin to be somewhat similar to cPanel, VERY easy to use, and VERY user friendly

Reason I want to use Cpanel is because of Lpanel and its features. I have used other billing software but lpanel has a close comparison to what I want.

If you can suggest anything similiar to Lpanel that will work with DirectAdmin I may look into this

I think your price range needs to come up about $20. CPanel isn't free in fact $25 is the min you pay on the licence. So if someone offers $20 or less for it you get a deal on it.

It's very true what Fatal says about cPanel.

Also, cPanel isn't all that good. It's very buggy, badly laid out, and to an extent a pain for the server admin when compared with Plesk and DirectAdmin. DirectAdmin I wouldn't say is the most advanced, and I do prefer Plesk over DA, however DA shouldn't be overlooked just because it's a bit basic.

Also, in regards to billing software, why not make your own?
But, you can just use one of the many available: ModernBill, WHMAutoPilot, phpManager, ClientExec, Whois.Cart(), etc. You could also try out PerlBill, and if you want a remotely hosted alternative, there is always 2ndSite and BillThru (And also BillingOrchard).
Although, there are some very nice off line ones. In Linux there is Grisbi, and John (the owner of this site) made a very nice one for Windows.
