Are you looking for a demanding and challenging job with an established web hosting and dedicated server provider? Do you work well under high stress situations? DediCentral has the job for you! We are presently recruiting experienced and dedicated support technicians of all skill levels. From the basic reboot request handler to the advanced support technician or server admin, DediCentral wants YOU!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as a team player to answer support tickets.
- Submit customer reboot requests to the appropriate datacenter.
- Assist in new server deployments, security, and other tasks.
- Handle abuse complaints received and notify customers of violations.
- Work with our datacentesr to resolve abuse complaints promptly.

Requirements and Prerequisites
All applicants must:
- Have a minimum 1 year experience in web hosting and cPanel with professional references to back your experience and work ethics up.
- Submit a signed non-disclosure agreement and driver's license for verification.
- Be able to work in a high stress environment with demanding management.
- Remain polite, courteous, and professional at all times. Remember that your actions outside your working times affect your reputation, and ours.
- Be able to work during set hours and answer tickets within 1 hour at all times during their shift.
- Be team players with respect for management. Insubordination is not tolerated.
- Speak fluent English with few or no spelling or gramatical errors.

Job Details
Payment rate is per ticket ONLY and depends on experience. Do not ask for hourly pay or salary, because you will NOT get it. Applications will be reviewed by the management team as they are received. Not all applications will receive a reply. We will only reply to applications that we are interested in. If you do not meet our requirements or do not submit all required information, we will simply close your application. If you do not receive a reply within 72 hours of submitting your application, you should assume it was denied.
