Provisioning? Servers are usually built within two business days from the time your payment is received.
OS reloads? One free reload within the first 30 days, $25 afterward.
Additional IPv4? Up to one /27 at a time. More become available once your current IPs are 90% utilized. Please provide justification in the 'Notes' field.
Is X allowed? Commercial mass email marketing is strictly forbidden. Using your server(s) for sending mass email will result in an immediate termination with no refund. Otherwise, see the Terms.
