I recieved this message from enom:

-------------------------------
"Dear Reseller,

We have received a chargeback notification on the domain name listed
above.
The domain in question is located in your reseller account, and the
domain password has been changed to your reseller login ID. As per our terms and agreements, your reseller account has been debited for the domain cost and commissions associated. "
-----------------------------------
Then they charged me about $ 32 !! I had to delete all my perevious links. It is very high risk!!

enom

Has anyone had the same problem? what's your recommendation to prevent my account from fraud ?

You need to call enom, and tell them to fight the chargeback.

If the chargeback was down to fraud (eg: stolen credit card), then that's just bad luck.

Get the full details from enom, and then act accordingly.

If needed, post back here with enom's response. I have dealt with enom for 2+ years in an ETP capacity, so I tend to know when they are just protecting themselves, or when the response is genuine (more often than not, it's option #2).

Thank you Simon ,In pervious case (fraud) they haven't charged me :
------------------------------------
Dear ---,

We just wanted to bring to your attention that we have detected the
following fraud order that was submitted by one of your customers:
.................
The items in this order have been deleted.

------------------------------------
But in this case (chargeback) they charged me. Enom has very good service and This is my first problem .I didn't want to miss them .so at that time I wrote them :
Dear ----,

Oh, I temporary deleted all my links ,I cant prevent my accounts from
fraud ,Can I use this domain (-----) for myself?

Best Regards,
-----

their reply :
As you have been charged for the cost of the domain name, legally it
now belongs to you. You may do whatever you like with that particular
domain name. I would suggest holding on to it in its current form for a
period of time to allow the registrant to reclaim it, just in case the chargeback
was issued by mistake.

Should you require anything additional, please feel free to contact me.

Kind Regards,

I am confused about this paradox & worried about probably chargebacks ,

Chargebacks are a real pain. Unfortunately banks do little/nothing in some cases to even question the validity of a chargeback.

In this case, I would be 100% sure that ENOM are being genuine with you.

If I were you, I would use the domain and put up a "for sale" tag (if traffic merits).
