Hello.
Recently we changed our design. Conforms to all the norms these days (responsive, flat, etc).
Got it customised quite a bit from what it originally was.

So, I'm looking for some honest feedback. Any suggestions will be taken on-board.
Please, be brutally honest if you must. I really would appreciate it.

Looks real clean.
To me the large image across the bottom of the page makes it look a little busy and not easy on the eyes like the rest of the pages.

By the large image at the bottom, I assume you mean the testimonials bit?

Correct. The image with all the faces on it. To me your site is clean and easy on the eyes but that images seems to be to busy for me and the cleanliness of the rest of the site. That's just me talking though.
 
I'm curious why you have a Social tab on your footer and nothing there? Is your business not on Facebook or Google My Business?
 
Overall it looks good. On my mobile device I noticed that this page

Has text that gets cut off. Might want to shorten the text on some of them. The one that gets cut off starts with "How soon will my account be setup and..."

Other than that and the social media buttons not working is say it's a good design.

Where are you seeing this?
I'm viewing it and they both work.
 
I can see that you made some corrections on your website. I like it very much, it's clean, tidy, easy and simple to go through. I don't mind the fact that it's not completely unique as I believe you can make it unique using unique content. Good job!
 
It's not a template. I didn't buy it from a template shop or anything like that.
It's unique in the fact I am the only one with this design.

It's built using Bootstrap, so a lot of Bootstrap-based designs will have some characteristics that are the same.
 
Site look is good. menu is not attractive also it need to be clicked to see the list. make it like when we hover the drop down menu pops. Use live chat option, it is very important. Add knowledgebase link on main page. also maintain your knowledge base section with informative unique content

Site looks good/clean and very user friendly, good content but it was slow on loading up the different sections. Maybe look at adjusting the timing when they are showing,
