Thanks, Yeah I guess people will upload warez but thats why I have forums so people can report it, I am adding a report abuse area to.

LOL! Abuse is not the word for it. Imagine if several people start encrypting files which are pirated on your server. Most of these files being movies and application isos, you will watch you bandwidth sky rocket. I hope you have a plan to make sure that this does not occur. Good Luck!
