Realistically, I wouldn't feel comfortable suggesting anything but CPanel.
If I might also suggest, while I don't know what kind of connection you have...
1. The reason your server responds fast for you, is because it's sitting right next to you, with a direct connection to the internet.
2. If you have anything less than a T1 minimum, you will quickly find that you can't handle 50-100 users. In fact, you'll find that with just 10 accounts, your customers will more than likely need Viagra, Depends and Geritol, before their sites load.
3. If your connection is lower than T1, and is a DSL or Cable account, you might want to check with your ISP before doing this. If they don't permit it, you'll quickly find them politely closing your account for you.
Again, I don't know your setup, and you may already have this covered. However, after many years in the industry, I have found that most people wanting to run their own server from home....DON'T cover these bases and end up flat on their face, or quickly looking for an alternative in a scramble to keep their customers from leaving.
