One of our server was hacked recently.
We formatted the hard disk, reinstalled the OS and all the accounts were restored from a backup that was just 4 days old.
But we have decided to sell our hosting company to someone who can take good care of our customers as far as server security is concerned.
We have provided top quality support to our customers over the last one year as you will see from our support forums after you have signed the NDA.
However, this hacking incedent has left us realizing that we may not be sufficiently competent in certain key areas like server security.
We are looking to sell this company to someone who's been in the business over 1 year and has a proven track record of good customer support.
We reserve the right to reject any bids based on the reviews we come across about your company.

We'll also mention the current highest bid at that URL.

yearly income: $16,926 (most customers pay yearly, but a very few do pay monthly)
yearly profit from domain name registration: $1004
yearly expenditure: $4,404 for 3 P4 servers (with HT)
yearly advertising: $420
total accounts: approx 1400

- scripts to automate cPanel account creation and add account details to a mySQL database
- Kayako eSupport owned license, installed and being used, worth $350

- 2 RvSkins licenses.
- the 3 linux servers are P4 servers with HT. One has 2 GB RAM. 1 servers has a secondary HDD. 2 secondary HDDs have been purchased, but not yet installed for the other 2 servers. You can get them installed at no extra cost.
- 4-hours per day dedicated admin paid for till April 7th. You can renew at $350 per month if you wish.
- 2 servers have their hostnames on a goDaddy private registered domain name. You can change the 3rd server's hostname if you wish
Only wire transfers accepted.
