Hostlatte Down

I have 4 sites for my clients on www.hostlatte.com and all seem to be down so is hostlatte's main site.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Do you have an ip address on there network? I can not even get the domain to resolve to start doing some testing.

Looks like they have a number, might be worth trying to get in touch with them to see what's going on. They're working on 8 hours apparently from since the time you posted -- not good.

it's up now..but on my side, the load is a bit slow..

i believe, in recent year, BurstNet has encounter frequent network down.

I think what he meant is that he could not find any announcement on their website regarding the recent downtime.

Absolutely spot on Artashes - plus no replies on their own forum to threads questioning their network status.

If it was an unplanned outage they might not know what happened themselves, unless they have staff working in the datacenter or the datacenter was informative an explained it in detail. Can't say the latter is always the case unfortunately. They might just not know what to say.

You're right, but as of now, they still haven't answered that thread in their own forum dated 10-27-2009. I understand every provider faces issues sooner or later, but being upfront helps minimize customer churn.

It's okay I see it now. I had to change my isp DNS servers.
