how can you keep track your data entries?

there are times that you may be at loss specially on keeping track of your data inputs, I would like ta ask some advice on how you do manage it?

Why would you be at a loss? Data entry is an essential part of maintaining any business. Write a standard operating plan, and tweak it from time to time so that it will minimize your input errors.

What do you do when a client asks for a refund, or a pro-rated credit? Is that automated? What do you do when a prospect asks for a dedicated server with specs you don't have in inventory, but could sell them given a couple of days to acquire the hard drives or RAM? Or a custom RAID configuration? Or any other number of things that can't possibly be automated?
