How do you suggest to improve this download site

I would like to review an tell me what can be done to be improved.

In all honesty I can't think of single good thing to say about that site.
Invasive advertising, softcore porn for the most part in most of the advertisements. No real indication at all as to what the site is supposed to accomplish. What do you suppose would make anyone even want to visit this site?

You are right about the ads. I've lowered the pop up so only banners now.

Your link doesn't really show that at all. You show how many did visit the site but we have not idea how you are driving traffic.
The more important number would be that you are getting less than 1.5 page views per visit. That would indicate that the vast majority of people are landing on the page and then just leaving.
