How Often do you change your webhosts

I am interested to know amongst the members around who have their websites hosted as to how many times have they switched the webhosts recently in the past 6 to 8 months.

I hope this place gets active I have been telling people about it but I think they see the in-activity and just leave =/

i am with my curront provider about 1 year

I am very happy with them.

I try to change my host as least as possible.. its some what of a traumatic experience for me lol
