I have a site with Ipage and recently they sent me an offer to upgrade to premium. The charges were shown in Dollars as was the costs when I signed up. I wished to accept the upgrade but when it cam to pay they were charging me the same amount in UK pounds. I have pointed this out to them but they just make various excuses and offer me a slight discount. Has anybody any experiences of this or advice.
