From my experiance with IpowerWeb is that their support is terrible as well as their uptime etc. That was about a year ago so things might have changed.

Well with that move, and the expansion that I am sure is ahead of them, there support teams have probably been made a bigger priority now that I am sure they have heard the many complaints that would come about there company.They have 24/7 support now, even a live chat option for there members. That shows there probably going the right way.
