Same here!

Clients always want to have a web host that truly seems to care about them and any problems they may be having with the service, and to be viewed as people and not just as a statistic for cash counters. This is also what seperates many okay hosts from the incredible hosts, quality customer service.

My personal opinion that's by keeping the price low does not guarantee high demand of service..

but if you can keep HIGH Quality of service, i can guarantee you, even your price is a bit high, customer will choose you..

with the current recession climate, to keep price at low..try to target a certain niche for your hosting..
