Everything from working for free, giving money, and doing all the work. Are these people for real?
They want dedicated hard working people but they cant afford to pay them? I think people are just tired of working their butts off and getting nothing in return because their marketing sucks because there is no budget. After all how can you pay for advertising if you cant pay a staff?
