I'm not sure what you want reviewed.
It's a small script surrounded by a ton of advertising.

Not a big fan of the font or the yellow background.

I agree with Blue. The yellow background and the choice of the font makes for a kid-like design. I don't like it. Change it.

Make the advertising less obvious. Integrate it in to the site. There should be a control panel where you can adjust the setting of the advertisements.
Change the background color.
Use a professional looking font.

Agreed and dreadful mixture of colours.

Your Sourcecode - No-one codes like that anymore.

Times New Roman - Can't stand that font even though I can change the default on my end.

You have a a headache background with blue links.

Banner/Ad - Haven't seen the default border around an Image link since the early years of the millennium. Unless it was integrated properly.

You need alot of improvements and the first thing to do is go back to the drawing board and go with a more modern look.

It reminds me off Microsoft in 1994 and even that was slightly better.

I think the new background is even worse than the yellow background if that is possible.
Choose a neutral color and stick with it. Forget about the patterns.
Frame the site a little so it doesn't just look like some code and advertising on a blank page.
