I got a script made to manage my reseller aqccounts through WHM.
These are the requirements:

1) PHP 5.0+ , built with 1) Sockets 2) OpenSSL, 3) CURL+SSL, 4) mhash, 5) mcrypt;
2) MySQL server 4.0+
3) Zend Optimizer
4) Following outgoing TCP Ports need to be open, so system can communicate with WHM: 2087,2086,2082,2083

Can you please address what version of PHP do you have installed, as well as do you provide/support other listed requirements?

Grafiti, I'm no expert, but looking at your php info page it seems to me like you have what I need.

I'm not 100% sure on the space and traffic requirement.
I would guess 100mb would be more than enough and 1.5-2GB traffic.
