New template - Reviews Wanted

Hello, I'm so close to being finished with this template.
Please let me know what you think. I wanted a mix of 10tb, site5, and mediatemple, and I think I accomplished it. I been working on this for 2 months now, and I believe this is the 7th version I've done as far as this next update goes. This is just the "main" structure I've yet to code the contents.

I like it

I like the new template quite a bit better than the first one. Seems more professional and shows that more thought was put into it. The only thing that I would change, personally, is to lighten the background gray in the boxes just a bit. I had a little bit of a hard time reading the text near the tops where the gray graduations is a bit too dark. Otherwise than that, I really like it.
